Houston-based fast-casual cafe Coco Crepes & Coffee is set to open a new location at The Market at Katy Park development. Known for its made-to-order sweet and savory crepes and waffles, the cafe also offers specialty coffee drinks, paninis, salads, soups, smoothies, as well as homemade gelato and sorbet.
Founded in 2005 by chef Youssef Nafaa, Coco Crepes & Coffee started as a Midtown neighborhood favorite and has grown to nine locations across the Houston area. Director of Operations Jim Howard confirmed that the Katy Park site will add to the brand’s expanding footprint.
Coco Crepes & Coffee plans to open three additional Houston-area locations by 2027, continuing its steady growth in the region.
