Costa Coffee has strengthened its long-standing partnership with international real estate advisor Savills, appointing the firm to lead its high street and shopping centre expansion plans across the UK.
This latest move marks 20 years of collaboration between Costa and Savills. While the advisor has previously focused on high street growth in the South West, Wales, and Scotland, its remit has now been extended nationwide—excluding areas within the M25.
The goal is to enhance customer access and experience by identifying new store locations, opportunities to relocate existing stores, and spaces suitable for expansion.
Savills will continue to support Costa across a variety of formats, including drive-thru, drive-to, and travel-related sites. The advisor is actively searching for prominent roadside and retail park locations that offer good parking options.
As Costa Coffee continues to grow in the competitive on-the-go coffee market, its focus remains on strengthening its presence in both high streets and retail parks throughout 2025.
